At See And Select, we want you to love your purchase. Since our pieces are handmade with care, we’ve outlined our refund, return, and exchange process below so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
To start a return or exchange, contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
Customized or made-to-order pieces
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during a promotional discount
Innerwear, accessories, and any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging.
We will verify the issue and offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any delivery charges paid for that order.
Please do not use or wash the item, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
5. How to Request a Return
Reach out to us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp/email with your order number.
Our team will review your request and share return instructions, including the return address if applicable.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, size issue, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds for online/prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet (e.g., EasyPaisa/JazzCash), or store credit — please share your preferred method when confirming your return.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color) are subject to stock availability.
If the desired size/color is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
Check your bank account or payment app again.
Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to look into it.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return once it is delivered (subject to the conditions above).
